SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the individual making the reservation (“Guest”) and the provider of the accommodation (“Host”).

1. USE OF PREMISES

The Guest agrees to rent, and the Host agrees to provide, temporary accommodation as specified in the booking confirmation. This Agreement applies to the use of the accommodation and all amenities provided therein (collectively, the “Premises”).

2. LEASE TERM

The Guest may occupy the Premises only during the check-in and check-out dates and times stated in the booking. Any extensions must be confirmed in writing by the Host.

3. QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM and continue until sunrise. During this period, no loud music, gatherings, or disruptive behavior is permitted. The Guest agrees to be respectful of neighboring residents at all times. Parties or events are strictly prohibited.

4. OCCUPANCY

The total number of occupants must not exceed the number indicated at the time of booking. Any violation may result in immediate termination of this Agreement and/or additional charges.

5. BOOKING FEES

The Guest agrees to pay the full booking amount as indicated in the reservation details. Payment is required to confirm the booking.

6. SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit, if applicable, will be collected as stated in the listing. This deposit may be pre-authorised or charged to the Guest’s payment method prior to check-in. It is intended to cover potential damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning. If no deductions are required, the deposit will be released or refunded in accordance with the listing platform’s policy.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation policy is as stated on the listing.

8. SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on or inside the Premises.

9. SUBLETTING

Subletting or assigning the Premises, in whole or part, is strictly prohibited.

10. INSPECTION

The Host may inspect the Premises with prior notice, as required by law. Violations of this Agreement may result in immediate termination without refund.

11. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANLINESS

The Guest agrees to maintain the Premises in a clean and orderly condition. Any damage or excessive mess may result in additional charges or deductions from the security deposit.

12. TRASH DISPOSAL

All waste must be properly bagged and disposed of according to the Host’s instructions or local guidelines.

13. HOST’S LIABILITY

The Host is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the Guest’s stay. Guests are advised to secure their own insurance.

14. LEGAL FEES

If legal action is necessary to enforce this Agreement, the Guest shall be liable for reasonable legal fees incurred by the Host.

15. PERMITTED USE

The Premises may be used only for residential purposes. Commercial activities are strictly forbidden.

16. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY

Any illegal activity conducted on the Premises will result in immediate termination of this Agreement without refund.

17. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Items left behind will be held for a reasonable period. If unclaimed after 14 days, they may be disposed of at the Host’s discretion.

18. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Premises are located.

By making a booking, the Guest also agrees to the terms and conditions set out on the Host's website, which include but are not limited to:

Intellectual Property: All website content is the property of the Host or its licensors. No content may be reproduced or redistributed without prior written permission.
User Content: The Host is not responsible for comments or reviews posted by users but reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate.
Linking and Framing: No linking to or framing of the website is allowed without written permission from the Host.
Accuracy and Availability: While every effort is made to maintain up-to-date information, the Host does not guarantee accuracy or availability at all times.
Disclaimer: Nothing in this Agreement limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful. The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties.
